FHA Loan Limits for California

Updated FHA Loan Limits FHA has once again changed the loan limits for their loan programs.  As I am in Riverside County, I try to keep up with our limits here.  We now have a raised limit of $379,500 for a purchase price.  This is a significant jump from the previous years of $356,560.  Here is the link to view all counties for FHA loan limits.  If you are intersted in finding the right home, in a great neighborhood, with some of the best schools, call me.  This new loan limit will open a lot of doors for you.
